Amazing service. I ordered my watch and it was sent hours later and I received it in 2 days. And amazing customer service when I had a question about the watch, such a prompt reply :)
Will definitely be looking here again if I ever need another timepiece.

| Don provided excellent service.My new watch, with broken strap, was posted (rural Canterbury) one morning, and was back with me the next day. Don had not only fitted a new strap,but also put the original buckle from the old strap onto the new. My gorgeous watch is back to its original state - so quick, easy and professional! Thank you Don. |

Over the years I have purchased various items from online suppliers and have NEVER felt inclined to give positive feedback. However I am so impressed with the way you responded to my email and put my mind at ease about correcting MY address mistake and today, our watch arrived, beautifully packed and looking like someone had sent us a gift. Such a pleasant experience. Oh! and by the way, the best talking watch we have purchased ever. Been using them since 1993 - first one spoke the time in Mandarin.

Hi,
Thank you for the new watch which arrived yesterday. This one is definitely louder and there are no issue with the strap. Thank you for the key chain. I am embarrassed by your generosity which is too much. I have taken your advice to keep the original watch as a spare and took it to a jeweller to get a new strap, as it seems to have been the strap which pushes the little keeper out when flexed as it has blocks on it (all Greek to me).
The service you have given me has been outstanding. I work in the service industry as a General manager for an organisation supporting disabled people. I can see a need for your product for others and I will be recommending you strongly.

One is for my husband's gold pocket watch, originally belonging to his grandfather & the other one is for a friend who is turning 60. We are delighted.
