The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

E-Collectick reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Trading Name

Our legal business name is "Simply House Ltd. "and we also trade under this name. "Simply House Ltd." will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.


Prices displayed for goods are valid only for purchases made through this website. Any special prices displayed are valid for the dates specified or while stocks last. All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include all government charges. E-Collectick reserves the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation.

Product Range and Availability

All efforts will be made to fulfil any order placed with E-Collectick; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.


Full payment should be made by the customer for any online order via credit card, direct credit (bank deposit), cheque, or through the PayPal service.


E-Collectick offers FREE shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are despatched daily Monday to Friday. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

New Zealand 1 to 2 days
Australia 5 to 10 days
USA 7 to 14 days
UK 7 to 14 days
Other 14 days+
Please note: grandfather clock products can be delivered within New Zealand only.


All products sold by E-Collectick are covered by a 12 month warranty, are inspected prior to despatch, and are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. All sales are also covered by the provisions of New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental or water damage. In the rare event of a claim we shall repair, replace, or credit at our discretion.
Please note: please be sure of your selection as we cannot refund or replace any products based simply on a change of mind.
The first priority is the event of a fault or failure is to contact us immediately, stating the nature of the claim. We will reply promptly to provide a sympathetic resolution. New Zealand customers may be asked to return the goods for inspection or repair. For overseas customers a resolution can typically be achieved without additional costly freight charges.
Please note - should goods arrive damaged, we must be notified within 14 days of invoice, or your claim will not be accepted.

Damage in Transit

Should your goods arrive damaged in transit contact us via email immediately, and we will lodge a claim against the freight company. We will despatch a complete replacement to you at no additional cost. We may request that you send us an email picture of the damage.

Privacy - Personal Information

Through the conduct of its normal business, E-Collectick may collect customer information including contact and delivery details. We will never store or retain your credit card information. Credit card transactions are processed securely by the Westpac banking corporation.
Any personal information we collect will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent of the owner, except in cases where the information is necessary to carry out the transaction entered into by the customer.

Customer Consent

Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.

Access to Personal Information

Personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
