- All products sold by ON TIME are inspected prior to despatch
- guarantee against any manufacturing defects
- Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental or water damage.
- in the unfortunate event of a claim we shall repair, replace or credit at our discretion.
- The first priority is to contact us immediately stating the nature of the claim.
- We will reply promptly to provide a sympathetic resolution.
- New Zealand customers may be asked to return the goods for inspection or repair
- overseas customers a resolution may be achieved without additional costly freight charges.
Freight damaged
- Should your goods arrive damaged in transit contact us via email immediately.
- We will lodge a claim against the freight company.
- We will despatch a complete replacement to you at no additional cost.
- We may request that you send us an email picture of the damage.
